No, really, how are you? The 10th October is World Mental Health Day, although, it is an opportunity for people to talk openly about mental health, it is something that should be talked about on a daily basis. Everyone has mental health, some are in different conditions and people handle it differently. Whatever stage yours is, I hope that you get the support you need.
It is always good to be nice, as we don’t know what people are going through.
It’s okay to feel unstable.
It’s okay to disassociate.
It’s okay to hide from the world.
It’s okay to need help.
It’s okay not to be okay.
