10th October, a day to reflect on the mental health of yourself and others. At this unprecedented time, this has been very important for people to look at and recognise. 



I try to be

I try to be positive even when I feel down,

I try to be positive and have a smile instead of a frown,

I try to be positive and think of what I have got,

I try to be positive and know that I have a lot.

I try to be positive and see the best in all,

I try to be positive, so please help me when I fall, 

The stresses of today may bring me sorrow, 

But I have faith as there's a better tomorrow.
