Ever had so much to do that you don’t know where to start? You can write a to do list, but sometimes, that can be frustrating, as the list could be too long and not much gets crossed off. So, sometimes, I have my to do list in my head, so that I can mentally tick them off, rather than seeing the physical, ‘I haven’t done what I set out to do.’ Sometimes, the mental to do list can be long, especially, if you are combining work, a family and trying to have leisure time, which has been the case for me this week. I am trying not to be hard on myself and pat myself on the back for all that I have accomplished, after all, I am not a robot that can keep on going. So, whatever is on your to do list, pat yourself on the back when at least one thing has been done.
