Have you had one of those days or weeks where everything is going wrong. You don’t know why and things are getting on top of you.
What do you do to keep going? Some people escape to the cinema, go for a meal or exercise at the gym. I do a mixture of these, however, I find that talking about how I am feeling helps. During that talk, I laugh along the way and, although the problem is still there, it doesn’t seem so big.
It is good to talk as well as it is good to listen.
