Children’s Mental Health Week will take place on 3rd to 9th February. Set up by children’s mental health charity Place2Be, this year’s theme is Find your Brave.
Finding your Brave can mean: taking small brave steps every day, sharing worries, asking for help when you need it, trying something new or making the right choices.
This year, children and young people are encouraged to try something new, build confidence and begin to feel good about themselves. www.twinkl.co.uk
