New Year resolutions are good to have, however, how many are broken by the first week in January? Having a mental list of things you want to change about yourself is, I believe, a lot more achievable than writing it down for the world to see. Having the mental note about changing your job, losing weight/getting fitter etc is something that can only be reviewed by you – not all your followers on social media. Sometimes, no resolutions are a good thing, as you are not putting yourself under pressure to do something that you really can’t/ won’t commit to. Life has a way of making decisions that we never thought we would have taken – sometimes good and sometimes not what we want. So, I am embracing a new year, same me, and will see how many things change or stay the same in my life.
