Happy New Year to you all. Hope you had a restful break. With the new year comes new expectations of what we want for this new start. Get fit/fitter, travel more, work less, get a better job, get out of a relationship, save more, spend less – the list goes on. How long do these new expectations last? For many, by the end of the first month, all good intentions go out of the window. However, many people will be motivated to change, which is very good.
For a long time, I have not written down any resolutions, as, I never stuck to them/set the bar to high, for a short space of time. Now, I am to improve myself in all areas that I feel comfortable and try to say yes to a few things that I normally would say no to.
So, whatever you decide to take on/give up this new year, have fun.
