Dad, daddy, pops, papa, dada, baba and the various other names to call a male parent will this Sunday will be celebrated. The little, big man, with some help will get his dad breakfast in bed and serve him food throughout the day. He doesn’t have enough money to buy him lunch, so that will be on me (I will take it from the little, big man’s pocket money!). Mother’s do a lot and so do a lot of father’s. At times father’s are not given enough credit for the things that they and on the 16th June, they will be shown how much they are loved. So, if it means letting dads watch sport all day, putting his feet up and being Lord of the Manor, then so be it. It is their day.
